Information We Collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, corporate email address, company name, job title, phone number (optional), and message content. We also process a short-lived email verification code to confirm your address before your message is sent. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this website, and we do not set marketing cookies. Like most websites, our infrastructure keeps operational server logs (such as IP addresses and requested pages) for security and reliability.
How We Use Your Information and Our Legal Bases
We use the information collected to respond to your inquiries, provide product demonstrations, and communicate relevant updates about the AIXYRA platform. Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on the following legal bases: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (responding to your inquiry), our legitimate interests (operating and securing this website, preventing abuse of the contact form), and your consent where required. Third-Party Processors
The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which processes your interaction data to distinguish people from bots and is subject to Google's own privacy policy and terms. Contact-form messages and verification codes are delivered by email through Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES), and this website is hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States. We share your information with these providers only to the extent needed to operate the website and contact form.
International Transfers
Our website is operated from the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. We protect it as described in this policy regardless of where it is processed.
Data Retention
Email verification codes expire within minutes and are not retained. Contact inquiries and our replies are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting business relationship, after which they are deleted. Operational server logs are retained for a limited period (currently around 30 days) and then deleted automatically.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
